Try Being Mindful!


How often do you practice Mindfulness? Being completely in the moment and aware of all your senses and emotions? You just might want to increase your practice of it. A new study conducted at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Center for Investigating Healthy Minds at the Waisman found Mindfulness can help relieve chronical inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, IBS and asthma.
